We just form Limited companies. It’s that simple. Limited or LTD companies are the most common type of companies in the UK, and allow your business to exist as a separate legal entity to you as an individual. By making only one type of company formation our focus, we streamline the formation process, providing you with the fastest, most straightforward service on the market.

Most small companies in the UK are started by a single director without a complex share structure. For most people thinking about starting a company, many of the questions on a regular Company Formation application are irrelevant. At Just Limited, we only form the most commonly made type, so we can condense the formation process down to under 2 minutes by setting you up as a single ordinary shareholder with one share (this has no correspondence with the value of your company). We’ll also file you as the sole person of significant control (PSC). You can change this information and add more directors at any time after formation, but starting up in this way is the easiest and most time-efficient way of starting.
Choose a company name and check if it’s available. We form Ltd and Limited companies. Choose well, but don’t worry, you can change your company name at any time.

There are no hidden charges when you form a company with us. Your one off, company formation fee covers everything including Companies House registration fee.
Being a director in itself does not come with much expense, however, you must be aware that filing annual returns and confirmation statements, and additional regulatory requirements, are an important part of having a business. If they are not completed in a timely manner, you could be subject to penalties or fines. Whilst you can manage these tasks yourself, we recommend appointing an accountant, so please bear potential costs, like this, in mind.
To form a company with us you must be a UK resident, hold valid proof of identity and address, and be over the age of 18.
A limited company allows your business to exist as a separate legal entity to you as an individual. This has benefits that include protecting your company or personal finances if there is an issue with one or the other, but be aware that owning a company can still affect your personal credit file.
Setting up a limited company with only one shareholder is actually the most common way of establishing a business, and as such, it’s also the simplest and quickest way to get your business going. If you would like to add any more directors when the company is formed, we can help you submit an online filing (AP01) to appoint additional directors.
Your company, when formed through us, will have 100 ordinary shares worth £1 each. This doesn’t correspond with the actual value of your company and can be changed at a later date.
